Simulating spin models on GPU
CUDA code released
We have been playing around with the use of graphics cards for general purpose computing for a while. For certain applications, these devices can provide rather impressive speed-ups of codes as compared to serial calculations on CPU.
Now, I have released the code for a Metropolis single spin flip simulation of the two-dimensional Ising model.
